Welcome to Graith Healing Spa. When using our website, booking a service, or visiting our spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully so you know what to expect and how to get the most from your experience with us.
1. Services & Booking

Online Booking Required: All services must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system.

Waiver & Intake Form: A signed waiver and intake form are required prior to your first session. Returning clients may be asked to update forms if there are health changes.

Age Guidelines: Graith Healing Spa welcomes guests of all ages however some services may have minimum age requirements or need parental consent. Please speak with our Spa Team to learn more about age guidelines and specific requirements for each service. We’re happy to help you choose safe and appropriate options for you or your family.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to decline service if we believe it may be unsafe for you or others.

2. Payment & Packages

Payment at Booking: All sessions, packages, and passes must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Memberships: Require a 3-month minimum commitment.

Billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

No rollover of unused hours.
-
Sessions may be shared with approved family members or friends.

Session Packs: Must be used within 30 days of purchase. No extensions or rollovers.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice Required: Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited (or charged a $50 late-cancellation fee for members).

No-Shows: Missed appointments are charged in full.

Emergencies: Please call us if unavoidable circumstances arise, we will do our best to accommodate you.
4. Refunds & Transfers:

All Sales Final: Sessions, packages, passes, and memberships are non-refundable.

Transfers: Memberships and packages are non-transferable except where family sharing is allowed.

Medical Exceptions: With a physician’s note, we may issue a prorated credit for unused services.
5. Check-In & Late Arrivals:

Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for check-in and preparation.

Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect the next guest. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
6. Health & Safety:

Medical Clearance: Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any wellness program.

Health Screening: Disclose any medical conditions, pregnancy, recent illness, or contraindications at booking.

Staff Discretion: We may reschedule or refuse service if it is unsafe for you to proceed.
7. Facility Etiquette:

Private Space: Please complete your session and shower within the allotted time to keep the schedule on track for all guests.

Personal Items: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. Holidays & Closures:

Observed Holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Closures: In the event of weather or maintenance issues, we will contact you to reschedule or credit your session.
9. Membership Terms:

Founding & Lifetime Discounts: Special founding rates and lifetime pricing apply only while membership remains active. If canceled or paused, those rates may not be reinstated.

Cancel Anytime: Cancel with written notice prior to your next billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.
10. Third-Party & Partner Services:

Certain services offered through Graith Healing Spa — including but not limited to IV therapy, specialty treatments, wellness consultations, or other add-on services — may be provided by independent partner practitioners or organizations (“Partner Providers”).

By booking or receiving any Partner Provider service, you acknowledge and agree that:

Such services are administered solely by the Partner Provider, not directly by Graith Healing Spa.

You may be required to complete separate intake forms, waivers, or agreements directly with the Partner Provider.

All Partner Provider services are subject to their own policies, procedures, and terms and conditions, which you are responsible for reviewing and accepting prior to treatment.

Graith Healing Spa is not liable for the performance, outcomes, or policies of Partner Providers.

If you have questions about which services fall under Partner Providers, please contact us prior to booking.

11. Privacy & Security:

Your personal information is kept secure and confidential. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

12. Intellectual Property:

All text, images, designs, and logos on this website are property of Graith Healing Spa and may not be reproduced without permission.

13. Limitation of Liability:

Use of our services is at your own risk. Graith Healing Spa is not liable for any injuries, adverse reactions, or damages resulting from use of our services or website.

14. Agreement:

By booking or purchasing a session, package, pass, or membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by Graith Healing Spa’s policies and terms.
